Tuupalan puukoulun sali liittyy osaksi Sommelon tapahtumapaikkoja kesällä 2019. CLT-tekniikalla toteutettu rakennus otettiin käyttöön syksyllä 2018.
Kesällä 2019 yleisö pääse nauttimaan Sommelon konserteista puukoulun salissa keskiviikkona 26.6., torstaina 27.6., perjantaina 28.6. ja lauantaina 29.6. klo 16.
Keskiviikkon konsertissa esiintyvät Eva Alkula ja Tomoya Nakai, torstaina Hivshu Grönlannista. Perjantaina salissa kuullaan Kantelekavalkadi ja lauantaina näppärikurssin päätöskonsertti.

Wooden school of Tuupala joins to Sommelo festival venus at the summer of 2019. School was build by using CLT-technic (Cross Laminated Timber) and opened in autumn 2018.
In the summer 2019 festival audience gets to see and enjoy Sommelo concerts at the new wood school daily on Wednesday June 26th, 2019 till Saturday June 29th, 2019 daily at 4 p.m.
Eva Alkula and Tomoya Nakai will perform on Wednesdays concert and Hivshu from Greenland. Kantele cavalcade and on Saturday the final concert of 2019 Näppäri class.
