Konserttimatka Vuokkiniemeen / Concert trip to Vuokkiniemi

Kesän 2017 Sommelo konserttimatka suuntaa suomalais-ugrilaisen maailman kulttuuripääkaupunkiin Vuokkiniemeen.

Sommelo Ethno Music Festival concert trip heads to Vuokkiniemi, 

Finno-Ugric Capital of Culture 2017. 

Trip schedule:

Sunday, July 2nd, 2017

- Leaving from Kuhmo Arts Centre at 6 a.m. and from Hotel Kalevala at 6.10 a.m.

- Crossing border at 7 - 8 a.m.

- Arriving to Vuokkiniemi at 10 a.m.

- Lunch 10.30 - 11.30 a.m.

- Accommodation 12 noon - 1 p.m.

- Concert in Ontsi's House at 2 p.m.

- Dinner 4.30 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.

- Concert in Vuokkiniemi School at 6 p.m.

- Concert in Vuokkiniemi house at 9 p.m.

- Evening bonfire starting at 11 p.m. in LIetosaari

 (Boat transportation . depending about weather)

- Accommodation

Monday, July 3rd, 2017

- Home trip start at 10 a.m. from Vuokkiniemi house

- Stop over in Kostamus at 11 a.m. 12 at noon, possibility to do shoppings 

- Crossing border at 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.

- Arriving back to Kuhmo at 3 p.m.

Price:

- 99 € including transportation, accommodation, guidings, meals (2 warm meals + breakfast), concerts and boat transportation to Lietosaari

- Everyone is repsonsible of their own visas (for example Kainuu Travel Agency 78 €/per person)

 - Must be applied before 15th of June
